The Florida real estate market is one of the best in the country. The weather here is great and there are always people moving from out of state to live down here which means potential renters and buyers.

Tampa Bay has the investment world in a feeding frenzy because homes here are going for less than you would pay for a used car. I’m talking $9,000 to $20,000 and usually 50 or more percent below the market value.

This is a killer to our real estate market but investors with some money to spend, see this as thee golden opportunity to get an excellent return on their money. I’m talking 15% and as high as 25% depending on if you work with real estate wholesalers like myself.

• Florida is known for amazing weather so that’s a great reason to have rentals down here which will draw in renters which equal cash flow
• You can buy now and either hold out and sell later or collect rent for the next 5-10 years
